These terms govern purchases from this website, which is owned, managed and operated by Foto Express Egypt S.A.E. (“Fotoexpress”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Product information and pricing
We try to keep prices, descriptions and availability accurate, but they may change without notice. If an order contains an error, we may correct or cancel it. Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include taxes; delivery and any cash-on-delivery fees are extra and shown at checkout.
2. Order approval
All orders are subject to our approval. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect the order is for resale.
3. Order confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a confirmation call within 24 business hours.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, or at any time before it ships. We may also cancel orders as described above, in which case any payment will be refunded.
5. Shipments
Orders may be delivered in more than one shipment. Delivery is within Egypt only. See our Shipping Policy for details.
6. Payment
We accept cash on delivery, credit and debit cards, valU and bank instalments, and payment in person at our HQ or Maadi Showroom. Instalment plans are subject to the provider’s approval and terms.
7. End users only
Products are sold to end users only. We may limit the quantity of any product per customer or order.
8. Returns and warranty
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Products carry the official DJI manufacturer warranty.
9. Changes
We may update these terms, prices and policies at any time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies.
